By installing and using Slate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.
Slate is a local-first canvas project planner for Android devices. You control your spatial boards, task items, and git mappings on-device. Since your data is not stored or synced on our servers, you are solely responsible for backing up your local SQLite database.
Slate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that task state data will never experience conflicts if the device runs out of storage.
In no event shall Slumbering Thread Studios or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to task data loss, formatting inconsistencies, coordinate placement issues resulting from OS-level cache operations, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
