Xpress connects directly to the official Spotify Web API using secure client-side OAuth PKCE flows. Your access tokens and user credentials are saved locally inside your machine's secure sandbox using Electron Store. No Spotify authentication credentials or playback activity logs are ever shared with or stored on any server operated by Slumbering Thread Studios.
We compile no user metrics, search inputs, active track names, volume states, or hardware details. Xpress is completely self-contained.
Xpress contains no Google Analytics, Segment integration, or crash telemetry libraries. Telemetry does not exist.
