Terms of Service
Welcome to Resolve. By using our application, you agree to the following terms. We have kept them as short and readable as possible.
1. The Agreement
By downloading or using Resolve, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of our app. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Slumbering Thread Studios.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Resolve is a productivity and self-improvement tool, not a medical device.
While we use concepts from behavioral psychology (like CBT and gamification) to help you focus, Resolve is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Resolve offers optional Premium features via In-App Purchase or Lifetime Access.
- Payments are processed securely by Google Play. We do not store your credit card information.
- Lifetime Access is a one-time fee that grants you access to premium features for the life of the product.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's standard refund policies.
4. User Conduct
If you use the social features (Allies, Guilds), play nice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior. Since we don't read your private data, we rely on user reports to identify bad actors in the public spaces of the app.
5. "As Is" Service
We build software with care, but bugs happen. Resolve is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages the occur due to Resolve functioning/not functioning as intended.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
