Allies

Allies are the users you trust most. They are your accountability partners and your support network in the fight for focus.

1. Social Connection

Adding an Ally allows you to see their online status, view their public stats, and support them directly.

2. Mentorship

Experienced users (Level 18+) can take on Mentors to guide their journey.

• Requesting: Find a high-level user in your Guild or via search and request mentorship.
• Benefits: Mentors can see your progress and offer specific advice. Mentees gain XP boosts when completing goals set by their mentor.

3. Accountability Updates

When you fail an intervention or slip into a Doomscroll, your Allies can be notified (if enabled). This social pressure helps break bad habits.

4. Gifting

Send gifts to your Allies to boost their morale. Gifts appear as special notifications in The Stream.
